“The air conditioning is not very cold”

“Room was clean , staff excellent and breakfast was yummy. Exercise room was great. Love it and will be back.”

“早餐尚可，其它都不錯。雖然飯店經理很希望我回答"Great!"”

“Was going to give 4 stars, but i really enjoyed my stay! Positives. Really great vibe and decor. Different all together. Felt very hip and artsy. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Wonderful skyline and patio are on the 13th floor (that's right, the 13th floor). Negatives: No breakfast as listed. No parking, must pay for sketchy public parking or for valet service (cost are pretty close). Again, a 13th floor, this is where you check in, at the bar. I loved it for a by myself escape to……

“Customer service was great. The rooms/bathrooms were the cleanest in most hotels I have stayed in. I would definitely stay again.”

“The property was clean and well maintained, as was the room. The breakfast offering was one of the better ones I have been to. The only disappointing aspect was the paid parking. I don't like to be nickel and dimed. Add it to the room rate if you must squeeze a few extra dollars out of me. I don't like to be surprised when I show up at a property.”

“Nice”

“A clean room, multiple options for the complimentary breakfast, and a beautiful view of the skyline. This location isn’t far at all from downtown and they had quality snacks, and wine/beer for purchase in the lobby. We will be sure to stay here again in the future!”

“The hotel was close to the airport. Shuttle service in the morning to the airport every 30 minutes was convenient. Rooms were clean and quite large.”

“Good”

“The gentleman that checked me in did not tell me about wifi, amenities, complimentary parking.”

“環境很好，飯店溫馨乾淨，唯機場接泊需先電話告知，卻未註明，應明確標示。”
